I appreciated the room upgrade I received upon arrival, it was a nice touch. The bath and shower in my upgraded room were spacious. I found both were easy to use. The hotel provided complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits, and fresh fruit in the room. The location was great. I found it convenient to access shops and restaurants.
The limited selection of TV channels was a minor issue for me. It would have been nice to have more variety.

My room included three large windowswith great natural light. The British Interior Design elements added character to the room. I enjoyed the details. The bathroom was also spacious. It had many well-chosen features.

The staff were cute when I arrived. The online check-in process was smooth and convenient, it saved me time. I was given clear directions for the after-hours entrance. I felt prepared.

The location worked well for me, about a ten minute walk to Hammersmith station (, made it easy to get around). I found a Tesco right behind the hotel. A restaurant called The Swan near Hammersmith Station had delicious food.
I did not get asked about my stay experience on check out.

The hotel features a functional restaurant and bar area downstairs, designed with a classic look. I did not get to experience the cocktail bar in the basement. I was however charmed by the pleasant atmosphere.

The food served at the restaurant impressed me. The bartender helped me order food even when the kitchen was about to close for the night. I enjoyed tasty burgers after a long day of travel.

The hotel is located less than a ten minute walk from the Hammersmith Eventim Apollo. It also took me only fifteen minutes to walk to the Westfield shopping centre. The neighborhood seemed nice and safe.

The room was very clean and tidy with a spacious bathroom. Breakfast was included and offered many options (the croissants were delicious!). I appreciated the convenient location, as it made getting around very easy.
The reception was sometimes empty, requiring me to queue at the bar for assistance. I had to queue multiple times to get my questions answered, a bit inconvenient.

The room included air conditioning and a comfortable double bed, alongside shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, and body lotion. The provided amenities created a relaxed atmosphere. the room was well-equipped and really decorated.

The hotel is located near a park, offering pleasant views of the trees from the windows. It's less than 30 minutes to the city center and about 35 minutes by car to Windsor Castle, great. Several shops were located near the hotel for groceries or anything you may need.
